Illegal plots were being sold as legitimate, inflated prices were the norm, and documentation support was non-existent after a sale.
We set out to fix this. Every property we list is RERA verified before it goes on our website. We charge zero brokerage from buyers — our fee comes from the builder, which means our advice is genuinely in your interest. We accompany you through every step — from site visit to registry.
